Ross Nursing prides itself on our staff retention. The office staff alone have a combined length of service of over 72 years. Many of the carers have over 10 years of service. We look after our clients and our carers, never more so than during the difficult times of Covid. As a family business we value loyalty, friendship and support. All the office staff work on the rota regularly to keep in touch with both carers and clients. We believe management should have a face, be approachable and responsive.
