We are determined to maintain the highest standards of personal care.

All our staff are given regular training updates in personal care procedures, first aid and manual handling techniques.
All our carers are either qualified in, or working towards NVQ 2 in Care. Some of our carers have received specialist training in Palliative Care.

Our Managing Director, Mrs. Harriet Holder S.R.N., has over 40 year nursing experience in a wide variety of healthcare establishments.

We work closely with several organisations in the local area, in the public, private and voluntary sectors, to develop our approaches to difficult and challenging cases.
